Surveying Projects Department
This department is specialized in the following objects : field work (measurements and collection of data), processing of field measurements and statements of property, drawing of surveying and cadastral diagrams, numerical calculations and composing the project documentation. The surveying projects department has important experience in surveying measurements, National Cadastral projects and Town Planning implementation projects. Head of this department is Mr. Konstantinos Pappas.
Town Planning Projects Department
In this department, on existing surveying and cadastral diagrams the study of General Town Plan and street plan is carried out. For the needs of each project, elements are collected from Archaeology, Forest inspection Authority, National Statistical Service etc. and from other projects that have been worked out in the region. All the collected elements are composed to Urban Planning undertaking and finally the project documentation is issued. Head of this department is Mr. Konstantinos Pappas.
Town Planning Implementation Projects Department
This department is specialized in the following objects : calculation of the owners rights and obligations for Urban Planning, calculation of land and money contributions, position arrangement of land parcels and street planning in the area where the Urban Plan has been approved. The aim of the project is to calculate all the area owners obligations to the municipality or to other persons and to perform all the necessary technical works in order to be possible for the municipality to build the infrastructure and for the people to issue construction permits. Head of this department is Mrs. Maria Malliri.
Road Planning And Traffic Engineering Projects Department
This department is specialized in the following objects : Urban and Interurban Road Planning and road intersection studies. Head of this department is Mr. Emmanouil Lianakis.
Environmental Projects Department
This department is specialized in the following objects : Environmental and geological projects, environmental impact projects. Head of this department is Mr. Iosif Agianoglou.
Spatial Planning Studies Department
This department is specialized in spatial studies. Head of this department is Mr. Dimitris Kouvaris.
